Ceded Lands

The State of Hawaii and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs argued opposite sides of the Ceded Lands case at the US Supreme Court a few weeks ago and are awaiting the Court's decision. Key players on both sides of the debate join host Dan Boylan to look at this issue from many angles - not only legal & historical - but social, moral & cultural.
