The Hispanic Heritage Awards will honor five to seven individuals or organizations doing outstanding work in a variety of fields to benefit the Hispanic and Latino community in the United States and abroad. The evening will feature award presentations for each of these honorees, as well as featured musical performances.

The Hispanic Heritage Awards

 

Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton) hosts the 29th annual Hispanic Heritage Awards, the country’s highest tribute to Latinos by Latinos. The program features top Latino performers and personalities paying tribute to the honorees, who this year include Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, author Junot Díaz and actress and singer Angelica Maria, among others.
