Digital Content Producer
Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $57,000–$61,000, commensurate with experience

PBS Hawai‘i is seeking a Digital Content Producer to support our expanding digital footprint, with a primary focus on YouTube content development, publishing, and platform management. The ideal candidate is a disciplined digital storyteller who can produce and edit short form video, manage platform workflows, and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced environment. This role also uses emerging tools, including AI assisted editing and content development platforms, to strengthen efficiency and support digital first production.

The Digital Content Producer works closely with Communications and Content to create, edit, and package digital first video, manage YouTube uploads and metadata, track analytics, support field and studio shoots, and help ensure PBS Hawai‘i’s digital storytelling reflects our mission, local voice, and audience needs. The position requires demonstrated experience producing digital video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite, along with strong digital production skills, steady organization, and consistent follow through to support PBS Hawai‘i’s digital platforms.

This position reports to the Director of Communications and requires in person attendance during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Operations Grants Writer and Researcher
Salary Range: $67,000–$71,000, commensurate with experience

PBS Hawai‘i is seeking a clear and disciplined writer to support institutional, capacity-building, and multi-year grants that strengthen our long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate enjoys research, organization, and follow-through, and can manage multiple deadlines while keeping track of details. This role also uses emerging tools, including AI-assisted research and writing platforms, to improve efficiency in prospecting, draft development, and reporting.

The Operations Grants Writer & Researcher works closely with leadership to prepare proposals, maintain calendars and reporting schedules, track budgets and deliverables, and support relationships with foundations and agencies. The position requires strong writing, steady organization, and consistent follow-through to support PBS Hawai‘i’s core operations.

This position requires in-person attendance during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Business Development Specialist
Salary Range: $62,000–$67,000, commensurate with experience

PBS Hawaiʻi is seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Business Development Specialist to support our sponsorship, revenue, and partnership efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of how Hawaiʻi businesses operate. This role helps identify new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and support the development of proposals, campaigns, and deliverables that advance PBS Hawaiʻi’s mission.

The Business Development Specialist works closely with the Director of Business Development to execute sponsorship plans, prepare materials, coordinate deliverables, and ensure partners receive timely, accurate support. This position also assists with digital sponsorship opportunities, prospect research, and tracking performance across platforms. The role requires a mix of creativity, organization, and follow‑through, with a focus on helping PBS Hawaiʻi grow its revenue and deepen community partnerships.

This position reports to the Director of Business Development and requires in‑person attendance during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
