- How you receive our signal (Spectrum, Hawaiian Telcom, DirecTV, Dish or over-the-air)
- Your location
- Time of day your issue occurred
- Channel on which you receive PBS Hawaiʻi
- Issues you are experiencing
If you have cable or satellite, you may need to contact your provider and/or check the cable connection to your television.
We will make every effort to respond and/or otherwise resolve your inquiry within 24 hours or on the next business day.
