Website Manager, Full-time, Exempt

Range:  $65,000-$75,000

 Position Summary:

PBS Hawai‘i is seeking a Website Manager to oversee the structure, usability, and content of our website. This full-time role supports the station’s digital marketing and communications efforts by improving user experience, analyzing usage trends, and helping guide the strategic direction of our digital presence. The position reports to the Director of Communications.

The Website Manager is responsible for managing and updating content across the site, including landing pages, microsites, and posts that support programs, campaigns, and organizational initiatives. The role ensures all published content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with PBS Hawai‘i’s brand and mission. Additional responsibilities include monitoring digital KPIs, supporting SEO and SEM efforts, and providing data-driven recommendations based on platform analytics. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for urgent updates or time-sensitive needs.

Candidates should have three to five years of experience working with Content Management Systems, preferably WordPress, along with demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree in web development, communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
