Stress. We all experience it and for varying reasons. So-called stressors, the things that create stress or anxiety and worry, come from all directions. Many online sites suggest connecting to family, friends or co-workers; making time for fun and relaxation; practicing self care; minimizing screen time; laughing; creating boundaries; and learning to say no can help relieve stress.
