Cell Phones in Schools
Schools around the country including in Hawaiʻi are placing restrictions or even outright bans on the use of cell phones by students on campus saying they are a distraction to learning. The actions have support but there is also push back from parents who want to be able to contact their children in case of an emergency. What do you think?
