From a Students’ Perspective: Raising Awareness on Mental Health Issues

On Friday, May 14, Mental Health America of Hawaii (MHAH) and PBS Hawaiʻi presented the noted HIKI NŌ students with a Student Voice Award at the MHAH Mental Health Awareness and Awards Celebration virtual conference.  The students were honored for producing HIKI NŌ Student Reflection videos that displayed great courage and creativity in raising awareness about the mental health issues students having been grappling with during the pandemic.
