A Conversation with the Top Finalists for Honolulu Police Chief
The Honolulu Police Chief finalists, listed in alphabetical order, are:
- Mr. Scott Ebner of Mayetta, New Jersey, a retired lieutenant colonel with the New Jersey State Police.
- Mr. Mike Lambert of Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, a current Honolulu Police Department Major and Head of the Training Division.
- Mr. Arthur “Joe” Logan of Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, the former state adjutant general, former Head of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, and is currently an investigator in the Hawaii Attorney General’s Office.
- Mr. Benjamin Moszkowicz of Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, a current Honolulu Police Department Major and Head of the Traffic Division.
