In Hawai’i, wontons can be found on just about every Chinese menu. More than just a traditional Chinese staple, they have gained massive popularity as a local snack. In this episode, we take a trip to Hawai‘i’s Big Island to see how this local favorite is made and how businesses are incorporating wonton chips into their menus.
PBS Hawaiʻi is currently experiencing an over-the-air broadcast outage on Kauaʻi due to severe weather and power outages. We are working to restore service as soon as possible. Mahalo for your patience and understanding.
