PBS Hawaiʻi hires Tina Yamaki as Director of Business Support
HONOLULU, HI – PBS Hawaii has hired Tina Yamaki as its new Director of Business Support. In this role, Yamaki will engage with local businesses and organizations in supporting PBS Hawaii’s programming and learning initiatives. These include educational children’s programs, free online learning tools, local and national in-depth news coverage, independent films and Hawaiian music showcases.
Yamaki has over 20 years of experience in the business sector, most notably as the Executive Director of the Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association. Yamaki has also served as Executive Director for a nonprofit serving at-risk youth.
