The Molokaʻi Experience
PBS Hawaiʻi Classics

In 1996, a group of Native Hawaiian teens from Oʻahu and the Pacific Northwest took part in a cultural project on remote Moʻomomi Beach on Molokaʻi. Under the guidance and leadership of Brother Noland Conjugacion, the students spent seven days learning the daily lifestyle of their ancestors and exploring their own hidden emotions and feelings for their heritage.
