Tonight's INSIGHTS ON PBS HAWAIʻI Election 2020 program features Democratic Primary Candidates for State House District 20. For the first time in more than four decades, the seat will be filled by someone other than Representative Calvin Say.

INSIGHTS ON PBS HAWAIʻI Election 2020 features Windward Oʻahu’s four-way Democratic Primary contest for the open seat representing State House District 51, Kailua and Waimānalo. (Incumbent Democrat Chris Lee is running for the State Senate.) None of the candidates has ever served in the State Legislature. All have longtime connections to Kailua.
